Welcome!

Here you will find my many thoughts about cultivating positivity in a world that seems to resist this audacious notion, and you’ll be encouraged to “shake the world in a gentle way.” You don’t have to be angry to create change, you just need passion; the passion that already exists within you, ready to break free.

We each have a unique purpose and -regardless of our past or present circumstances- I truly believe we are capable of living a life of wellness, motivation, and peace. This is our inherent responsibility. We have the power to create lives that are full of meaning and the ability to create what is good, not just for ourselves but also for each other. When we create good, amazingly, that is what our lives become, but the choice to either embrace this responsibility or reject it lies solely with one person: you.

Life is meant to be lived, not endured, and when we approach each day from a place of mindfulness, fueled by curiosity, connection and compassion, suddenly-in the midst of it all- we experience true happiness.

~ You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.  ~ Jane Goodall
